With 30 years of experience in a highly regulated industry and over 20 years in leadership roles, I have developed a robust skill set focused on building successful teams and empowering others to step into leadership positions themselves. My professional experience has equipped me with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of what it takes to drive performance and growth within complex environments—key components I aim to bring into a coaching program designed to ignite leadership potential. On a personal level, my role as a mother of three children has further shaped my leadership approach. My children are my greatest joy and have taught me the true meaning of purpose and resilience. Raising them has been both challenging and rewarding, reinforcing the importance of staying grounded while embracing change.
Personally and professionally, I have faced my own share of highs and lows, yet it was through coaching that I found clarity and the courage to ask tough questions, hold myself accountable, and take meaningful action. I have been part of teams where the leader has both been able to take the team to a different level and unfortunately drive division and stress amongst the team. My goal is for all leaders to be able to tap into their superpower and be the leader their teams need them to be and the best they can be. The intersection of my personal and professional experiences provides a rich foundation for guiding others on their own leadership journeys, helping them tap into their leadership "superpowers" with confidence and purpose.
